I am a PhD candidate at the Helmholtz Zentrum München and Technische Universität München, where I am researching methods for computational microscopy and image reconstruction. My objective is to develop innovative techniques and methodologies to greatly enhance the quality of biomedical images.
Prior to my doctoral studies, I completed my master’s degree in Data Engineering and Analytics from Technische Universität München. Moreover, I have also had the privilege of working on diverse projects in the past that involved statistical modeling, transfer learning, and privacy-preserving machine learning.
I grew up in the Czech Republic 🇨🇿 and was fortunate to spend time at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
